Salon Etiquette pt. 2

We had such a response to this show we had to do it again! Clients: Have you ever been the first appointment in the salon and had to wait two hours before your stylist even shows up? Or has every time you have gone to the salon for a wash and style you end up being there for five hours or more? Stylist: Do you have that client that is always more than thirty minutes late and they screw up your schedule for the whole day? Or that client that cancels five appointment (last minute) before they accually show up for one? I want to get down to the nitty gritty of what is proper salon etiquette. I want to hear from stylist as well as clients about what is right and what is wrong when getting your hair done in a salon. Let's discuss this matter, try and fix the problem, so that everyone can have a better salon experience. When you are paying top dollar shouldn't you be getting top service?
