Salon Etiquette

Clients: Have you ever been the first appointment in the salon and had to wait two hours before your stylist even shows up? Or has every time you have gone to the salon for a wash and style you end up being there for five hours or more? Stylist: Do you have that client that is always more than thirty minutes late and they screw up your schedule for the whole day? Or that client that cancels five appointment (last minute) before they accually show up for one? I want to get down to the nitty gritty of what is proper salon etiquette.
