This month’s special broadcast presentation of “On-the-Line” with CWLA features a thought-provoking one-on-one conversation with Christine James-Brown, President and CEO of the Child Welfare League of America (CWLA) who discusses critical child welfare concerns and challenges that ought to command the attention of the next presidential administration. Yet, the magnitude of America’s child welfare crisis—a compelling and consequential concern of parents, families and professionals from educators to social service providers across the country has not been a “center stage subject” in any of the national presidential debates.
