Paola Devescovi is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, certified business consultant and trainer, and LinkedIn specialist. After a successful 26-year career as conference interpreter, Paola integrated her language and communication background with her passion to help others and her specialization in Personal Branding, Social Media Marketing and LinkedIn as business development tool in her business consulting, coaching and training programs.

A major life storm before her 50th birthday forced Paola to start from scratch, personally and professionally. Her investment in herself guided her to build her companies -Project Prosperity, VA Academy  (the first academy that certifies Virtual Assistants in Italy)- and form joint ventures with other entrepreneurs. She’s created an app for smartphones, became an international published author, become the Community Director for the Professional Women Association of Rome.

Project Prosperity is her core business that empowers business owners and self-employed professionals to find and attract their ideal clients, build their Personal Brand, use LinkedIn as a business development and networking tool, market themselves easily and efficiently online and grow their business by adding recurring income streams to their offering through membership programs and digital information products.

After running a successful video interview series featuring women who have reinvented themselves and who started their own business, Paola has recently started her new media venture and launched her "ProsperityOnAir" podcast to help entrepreneurs and professionals grow their online businesses.

She's a member of the International Advisory Board of the Professional Woman Network.

Paola regularly hosts workshops, webinars, seminars combining innovative Personal Branding, business and communication strategies with steps for personal growth in Italy and Europe.
