Your brand is your personal identity. It's what people remember about you when they can't see you. What's included in your brand? For starters, there’s depth of knowledge, range of skills, willingness to make contributions, effective communication style, engaging personality, and physical appearance. You can also positively brand yourself by focusing on quality, adding value, being punctual and providing quick turnaround time.
To establish your personal brand and make it stick, you need to be both visible and memorable. Your words must pack a punch. Here are some strategies:
· Emphasize benefits, not features
· Be clear and concise
· Be unique
· Show your personality
· Be consistent and persistent
