Living and Selling Organically

This week we are joined by Lee Oszust of Truly Organic Foods.  Lee and her husband Kent are owners of Truly Organic Foods, an online superfood store that focuses on healing naturally with the help of food and nutrition. They host monthly healthy eating potlucks in St. Catharines called Conscious Eating Niagara, and enjoy spreading the word about the items that they sell. Strong believers of Dr. Raymond Francis's theory that all disease stems from toxic load and or nutrient deficiency, Lee and Kent promote their healing foods as best they can through social media, festivals and seminars.
