Who is Jack? Jack Hipple is Principal in Innovation-TRIZ, Inc., a consulting company specializing in unique approaches to TRIZ training, the application of TRIZ to non-technical and organizational problems, and the integration of TRIZ with other innovation and creativity tools. He and his associate, Mark Reeves, have also developed unique ways to use TRIZ in the prosecution and defense of intellectual property. He is particularly knowledgeable in the areas of inventive problem solving, corporate technology transfer, and the use of different skill sets and tools in developing inventive organizations. He has been trained in the use of a variety of innovation tools such as DeBono's Lateral Thinking™ and Six Hats™, Michael Kirton's Adaptive/Innovative assessment tools, the Buffalo Creative Process Inventory (BCPI)assessment tool, the Insights assessment tools, as well as TRIZ and the Innovation Workbench™ software.
