Q&A - Demons or Fallen Angels, Principalities, Powers, Rulers

Eph 6 commands us to wear our spiritual armor of God for the express purpose of warfare with cosmic beings on the darkside in high places.  Do you know the difference between demons and fallen angels, principalities, powers and rulers of wickedness in high places?  Do you know what to cast out and when to say, "The Lord rebuke you?"  If someone asks for restoration prayer, do you know what to ask in order to discern what beings you are opposing and what strategy to use?  Do you know how to win decisively with your offensive spiritual weapons?
