Relationship or Religion, Positions, Dry Doctrines or Gifts

When people apply for prophetic training, mentoring or internship, they may not realize what we look for first of all.  We are looking at their priorities and relationships.  Do they talk the most about their intimate relationship with Jesus or about religion, positions, doctrines, gifts or human leaders?  Are they motivated by the Spirit or success, vision, spiritual gifts, or buiding an international ministry?  Are they more passionate about knowing and sharing God's presence with others or about building a ministry?  Do they speak prophetic Words from the heart of God or do they speak words of dry doctrine without life?
