Meet two of the authors:

Carol J. Craig is an expatriate who teaches overseas. She shares her story of addiction and her transformation into a traveling teacher - teaching in Port of Spain - Trinidad, Cairo - Egypt, and Nairobi - Kenya.

and

Gloria Piantek who is an educational consultant with an interest in creative food preparation - producing hundreds of published recipes that have been selected as winners in competitions around the country.  In her teaching, inspired by her father E.A.R.T.H., she gave kids ownership in their learning.
