Take a look at the photo of the beautiful woman with the dark air - THAT is Simran Sofia Love.  She is a raw vegan - she talks her talk and walks her walk.

(POST PROGRAM NOTE: Perhaps the vibrational energy between Simran and  me was so high it crazed the technical aspect of this program.  Wow - from the start, we had techno issues - but the message is pure and vital.  Please hang in there with us.  You will note erratic volume between me (turn it up please) and Simran (turn it down) and just before I interviewed Simran - somehow I manifested a beautiful harp tune from Cymber Lily Quinn - I have no idea how this happened - it was technically impossible - but soothing and beautiful so sit back and enjoy as we await Simran's story. In Creating Calm, sometimes we just need to surrender.  Thanks for being understanding - shalom)

She will talk to us about Life Force Energy - the energy that keeps us vibrant, healthy, and beautiful.  Simran had dark days where her life was ebbing away.  Doctors couldn't help her. But she is a survivor.  She studied and experimented and learneda bout Life Force Energy and transformed her life into one of health and beauty.

Simran is a raw vegan.  She developed The Raw Body Cleanse to help those of us who want to change our lives and improve our health.  I have been on many Cleanses but Simran's is the most complete (mind, body, spirit), gentle (she is there with you day by day - encouraging your journey) and informative.

You will find her at:http://www.theholisticrawfoodcoach.com/

I'm Ann White - author of Living With Spirit Energy -- join me while we explore Simran's journey and learn how we too can have this vibrancy in our lives.

Shout out to Jimmy Mac for our opening theme: Blues for Mother Earth.
