This program is a gumbo of goodness and wisdom.  We are stirring together teachings from five different transformational authors and healers.

Our guests are:

Kimberly Barclay of Moment Connections to share her thoughts after reading a quote by Mister Rogers -- how to use pain as our teacher; how to reframe pain as a growth experience.

Kimberly Burnham, The Nerve Whisperer and author of Our Fractal Nature gives us a highlight into her healing practice and personal life where she has faced fear and pain and created growth  - no excuses.

I will share several of my painful experiences: childhood sexual abuse, painful shyness, and mourning a transition during the show - and how each was a teacher and an inspiration for creating my life as the work of art I want it to be.

Nadya Rubin Schubert, our regular guest will share ancient wisdom for modern times.

Simran Sofia Love, the Holistic Raw Food Coach will lead is in a meditation to discover our Brilliant and beautiful self.

Special shout out to Jimmy Mac for our theme sound: Blues for Mother Earth.

Join us -- it's all gool!
