Letting your teen drive can bring with it anxiety - even more so when your teen has diabetes.  \Driving and diabetes can be a lethal combination, unless you are prepared and know what you are doing.

Today on Conversations In Care host Tami Neumann will be speaking with the team from JD No Limits.  Juvenile Diabetes No Limits Foundation was created to help kids, teens and young adults with diabetes find their way to "achieving their dreams" in life.

Early on JD No Limits realized that driving safety is a huge concern for teens and their families. This rite of passage can often cause anxiety for parents and frustration for teens. Often parents hold their teen with diabetes back from driving purely out of concern for their safety.

JD No Limits created Check B4U Drive - A One Day Mini Camp for Teens with Diabetes. This mini camp was created to help teens to understand the importance of managing diabetes and driving safely.

Join Tami as she discusses this program and other issues related to driving and diabetes with Tom Bregmann, Co-Founder of JD No Limits and Denise Hooten, mother of three teens with diabetes, all of whom race competitively in NHRA-Jr. Drag Race leagues.
