PatriotHearts network has also undertaken legal action to have these citizen presentments accepted by a federal court in D.C.. In this effort they have uncovered another tool used by the government to avoid certain obligations it has to listen to citizen petitions for redress and presentments--the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure--and a judge who may be ready to act.
