Tonight on the show: Weeks ago, right before leaving office, Mississippi Gov. Barbour released, via pardon, some criminals with a shady past. The state has been scrambling trying to keep in contact with those who were convicted of the worst crimes, but one man, Joeseph Ozment, has not been seen or heard from since his release from state custody. The state AG has said he may open up a criminal investigation against Ozment if he does not surface to keep in touch with the court as the judge on the case has asked, but should he? Does he have a legal duty to keep in touch with the court AFTER he was pardoned by the Governor of the state, even though the legislature and judges may not like it?

Tonight, we will discuss this man's case, why he was released with the rest of the group, and if the state truly does have the right to keep tabs on him when, in reality, he is a free man.
