They marched, fought, stood together, formed Organizations such as The Black Panther Party, BLA and other groups fighting for our rights. Musical artist such as Donny Hathaway, Marvin Gaye, James Brown and many more sung songs of Black Power, Peace and Love. Join me as I play grooving 60's and 70's music which had substance and made a statement of solidity for our People. I will also play speeches and reflect on the many movements and Organizations during those times. Put your 60's and 70's gear on break out the Afro wigs and let's take a trip back in time.
