She is the founder of ThinkFink Solutions specializing in group coaching and creative problem-solving. Sandra is a certified John C. Maxwell coach, teacher and speaker. After leaving the classroom as a science teacher, Sandra stays connected to youth by volunteering as the Youth Ministry team leader at her church and as a tutor in the Help Me Read program at an elementary school.  Sandra C. Fink is a wife, mother and grand-mother who enjoys assisting teens and adults reach their full potential.
