FREEDOM’S GATE: Should President Obama declare war on black on black crime?

The tragic death of Charnice Milton on Wednesday, May 27 is one startling example of the human carnage which has become the result of black on black murders in urban America. The internal race war which Milton fell victim to on the streets of Washington D.C. is a chilling reality.  The Bureau of Justice Statistics revealed in 2007 that 93 percent of African Americans murdered each year are done so by other blacks.
