I did not have a "main" political topic that I discussed and actually had the special guest on longer than I usually have special guest on the air for.  Additionally the special guest was not a political personality nor a musical guest. It was actually a pastor from Orange County, California.

 
His name was Keith Giles and although he was not a political personality, we did discuss politics a bit during our discussion, mostly about the role religion should or should not play in politics. For instance, it was made clear that the Religious Right has been more of a hinderance to both religion and politics than a help.
