How do you think people would react to a fourth global banking scandal in the past five years?  Well get ready, becuase here it comes.

 

In 2008, Wall Street crashed the U.S. headlong into a financial brick wall and we got stuck with the repair bill. Then, banks were found rigging the LIBOR index.  Next, Europe played out its meltdown/bailout saga.  And now, news has leaked out that yet another global banking scandal looms on the horizon.

 

Last Thursday, Rolling Stone magazine reported that regulators are looking into a small group of brokers at ICAP who may have worked with up to 15 of the world's largest banks to manipulate ISDAfix, a benchmark number used around the world to calculate the prices of interest-rate swaps.
