Radio show committed to talking about Semi Pro Football, the Heartland Football League, and the teams that are members. On Monday Feb 28th we will be talking to Rocky Johnson, owner of the Southern Ohio Wolfpack. The Wolfpack are in thier 3rd year of existance, and played for the HFL HIT Championship after going 0-10 the year before. The Wolfpack is a (LLC, Non-profit) organization is committed to bring safe, family fun and entertainment to the local communities in the Southern Ohio area. The Wolfpack family is made up of former high school, college, and professional athletes from the southern Ohio area. The Southern Ohio Wolfpack gives athletes a chance to showcase their talents and earn the opportunity to continue their football careers. The athletes are not compensated which allows the athletes to better their skills and keep college eligibility. The donations and or Sponsorship funds will be used for field rental, referees, and uniforms and to keep the team's season going. After all the teams bills are paid 100% of money made at the gate will be donated to different charities. For example "Cancer Society, Diabetes Foundation, Lupus disorders, and Schools Education, but not limited to any certain foundation. We also will be holding the Second annual "Wolfpack Hunting for Others", a program designed to help families within our community to find resources to help with today's tough economical times such as food, housing, bill payments, clothing, and job placement. We understand as an organization we can not reach our goals in helping our community without the support from donations and team sponsorships. Thank you for your support and remember "GO WOLFPACK!!!"
