Death brings great transition.The transition is both physical and psychological. The emotional upheaval is likely to be unprecedented, foreign and intense. You may wonder, "How could I hurt so much?"  There is often no words or condolences that will satisfy. One may vascillate between anger and depression. The stages of grief may not be linear but circular.  Grief becomes the new normal and one wonders if she/he will ever regain the pre-death emotional status or even stabilize again. This is part of the grieving process. Emotional upheaval is normal. There are predictable reactions to the trauma of loss. This broadcast will help normalize the experience and allow you to see that to get to stabilization onecan and must endure emotional upheaval.
