Action Radio Show - 3/30/20 - Show Notes!

Introduction:  First hour we had two amazing guests: Councilwoman Shannon Rice, and Mayor Heather Lindsay discussing a new City of Milton, FL, Declaration of Emergency, and a possible Shelter in Place order.  Shannon was in the first half hour, and Heather in the second.  I tend to agree with Shannon that Constitutional rights can not be violated by government in "the public interest."  Heather believes that rights can be limited if there is a compelling government interest, and that is our fundamental disagreement.  It was a fascinating hour.

1:04:25 - This is where a discussion broke out based on both of the first hour guests.  We had so much to talk about.  Too bad you, yes you, didn't call in.

1:26:30 - Dr. Peter Pry joined us and we put the EMP/nuclear weapons chat aside for next time, and concentrated on Coronavirus using the expertise of Dr. Pry.  This included history, culture, politics, ancient plagues, and other crises and traumas handled by previous generations, particularly the "Greatest Generation" that lived through The Great Depression and then won World War 2.  Dr. Pry in addition to his nuclear background has government and intelligence community experience.  We talked about the government use of fear, from terrorism, to the big societal engineer - Climate Change.  People used to accept that people died and people moved on, not succumbing to perpetual fear.  Dr. Pry worries as I do that our Constitutional Republic could be in jeopardy over Corona Flu.
