"Jesus came and told His disciples, "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all thenations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age." ~ Matthew 28:18-20 {NLT}

In far too many Churches and from far too many "platforms", the modern tithe, its principle and practice is spoken of and taught as though it were a “written” New Testament doctrine or command.  However, a careful, exegetical study of the New Testament "clearly" illustrates the "fallacy" of this "mandate" as it is taught today.

As we continue our series “Tithe$, Tithing, The Tithe ~ Test Me In This”,  this evening we'll look to the Holy Scriptures and examine the teachings of Christ, AND His Chosen Apostles, through the lens of the Great Commission to explore...

What, if anything did Jesus, Peter, Paul and the Apostles teach about Tithing?

Let's talk about it.
