Does "Malachi 3:10" apply to the New Covenant...?

Ignoring the practice of "Exegetical Study", and "Expository Preaching", no other passage of Holy Scripture has been as aggressively twisted, misinterpreted, and worse, "taught" from the "mega madness" of far too many pulpits as Malachi 3:8-11:

Sadly, for far too many, your first thought, because of "intentional teaching",  is to think {and believe} that "AFTER" Christ suffered on the Cross, for the sins of ALL of humanity, you are "cursed" for not giving 10 cents on the dollar to your "Pastor, Apostle, Evangelist, Prophet...AND TEACHER. 

These FOUR Old Testament verses have been masterfully corrupted by Satan to pervert the Gospel, introduce a false Christ, and to "yolk" believers who have REPENTED, been REDEEMED, RECONCILED and RESTORED through a RELATIONSHIP with our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
