The NFL preseason began last night. This is the time of year that sports fans run wild because pro and college football is about to begin. However, this year's college football season begins with a fog of doubt concerning the future of collegiate sports. A lawsuit is presently in the court system that could unravel the NCAA as some have demanded that collegiate ballplayers receive renumeration for their services. Yet, one cannot deny the great benefits that these players receive from collegiate scholarships...in essence...a free education. Are college sports in trouble? Furthermore, what is the underlying problem behind all this mayhem? One can clearly see that greed is the culprit. The first part of the show will examine the issues concerning the litigation concerning the NCAA. The second part of the show will describe and discuss the problems of greed in general. Could it be that all of American sports are threatened by athletes' unsatiable desire for money? We'll find out in this episode. Check out the website at http://pastorbrianchilton.wordpress.com.

Churches are getting bigger and bigger each and every year. Some churches are so big that they have congregations the size of college football games. The sermon has to be shown on big screens because the venues are too big for everyone to see. There are countless verses in the King James Version of the Bible that frowns against "the love of money." So, are many of the leaders of these churches across the country not qualified to teach the Word based on their rich lifestyles?
There are preachers in Rolls Royces, personal helicopters, and more. Yet they talk every Sunday about how humble Jesus was. Can you risk exposing your soul to someone who lives contradictory to what he/she is teaching?
Also on the show, open carry gun laws allow people to strap on a holster a la Clint Eastwood and parade around town like a cowboy. How comfortable are you with that? Would you eat at restaurants or be a patron at a business that allows people to carry guns freely in the establishment?
These things and more on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show!
"No experts. Just opinions."

Luke 18:1 (KJV)
1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
Matthew 6:9-13 (KJV)
9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
Let us pray until we have the answer!
