OKEY DOKE IC: Dealing with things by NOT Dealing with things

Church Bureaucracy can be a bottleneck in the natural flow of a christian life.  But what's even more harmful is the systematic way that the IC can deal with things, by NOT dealing with things.  How do churches deal with false preachers.... DON'T DEAL WITH THEM.  How do churches deal with the poor...BY NOT DEALING WITH THE POOR.  How does the IC minister to gay people.. by NOT MINISTERING TO GAY PEOPLE.  How many times have you brought a concern to your church leadership, and they give you the okey doke and say they'll deal with it... and it NEVER gets dealt with.  Has your IC given you the "Okey Doke"?
