Estimating a multi-million dollar franchise, the WTAL Conference otherwise known as TD Jakes Woman Thou Art Loosed, shakes down women year after year. It has become its own animal drawing tens of thousands of women to come hear a speaker tell them the same things they were told the year before in order to feel "empowered" or their life-decisions co-signed upon.
