Just because you can preach doesnt mean you should be a pastor. Just because you know how churches should run because you have seen it done doesnt mean you should be one. And just because it can be a lucrative profession doesnt mean you should try your hand at it. There are many spiritual gifts listed in the Word of God, but why do many end up becoming a pastor? Pastoring is not for everyone, nor is it for someone to just do because you said God called you to it. Eventually, your fruit or lack of it will tell on you.
