WHAT WOULD IT TAKE TO REFORM A PIMP PREACHER?

The Church Folk Revolution not only warns about and expose Pimp Preachers; but beyond all of the frustration and confrontation...God has a redemptive plan for them as well.  Just ask the Apostle Paul.  He was the worst of the worst...and God had to knock him off his horse and BLIND him, for him to see the light.  What would it take to reform a tyrannical or abusive church leader? Would everyone need to leave the church? Would it take a bold elder board to confront them on sin?  But in this era of CEO Pastors, are they really accountable to anyone?  Would it take the IRS to take away church's tax-exempt status? We all know primarily and ultimately... it takes God to pierce their hearts. But what is the "church's" role in reforming Pimp Preachers?
