With all the fuss surrounding the selection of a new pope, as the various media outlets and social media sites weigh in, it is at times hard to dismiss the fact that so many people have misplaced their trust in God, and have placed that trust in the hands of men.
This phenomenon, is not limited to the Catholic church, but to Chrisitianity as a whole, in which people would rather put their faith and trust in a person, and not THE PERSON OF CHRIST.
