#105 A Scriptures for the Latter Days Exodus16:1 Mark 5:6

I love the scriptures!!!

The Israelites complained about not having water and the Lord provided water. Now they complain about not bread. What do we complain about that the Lord is willing to supply us with? Do we only accept his blessings if they come in the package that we think that they should come in?

Jesus casts out the legion of devils in a man. Is there some reason to think that this does not occur today? And what would they do? Would they not seek to harm the person that they are within? It makes me think of the many people that we have among us that harm themselves in so many different ways.

I believe that it is possible to shut off the voice of our spiritual self or higher self and make room for destructive spirits to traumatize us. I also believe that it is something that we can watch out for especially by listening to our inner voices and if they are not supportive and uplifting we need to seek help through books, friends, leaders, elders, parents, clergy...whatever it takes...God does not want us in harms way, not from others or from ourselves. To reach and stretch and grow which includes hard work and often times discomfort but he does not want us in harms way. I believe this with all my heart.
