#84A Scriptures for the Latter Days Exo 6:6 Matt 27:1

I love the scriptures!!!

The Lord declares that he will take Israel unto himself as a people, rid them of the bondage, redeem them with an outstretched arm and great judgments. We come into this as we enter the gospel of Jesus Christ. We can have the Lord's protection if we are willing to submit to his care. So the question is do we want an easy fix now with no promise of redemption or a more challenging life of yielding to the Spirit and the commandments of God and the surety of eternal life and all the blessings of inheriting all that the Father hath along with our brother, Jesus Christ.

Jesus is condemned before Pilate. Judas hangs himself. What signs could Judas have looked for to prevent the journey to betrayal of Christ and himself as well? What can we watch out for to prevent such a fate?

Let us not be as the Israelites and not listen to the Lord because of our burdens, whatever they may be. Instead let us reach out to him and ask for his help with our weakness and he will not fail us. We must wait on his time table and if we do so in faith, we will be redeemed and set free. This is my witness, in Jesus name, amen.
