I love the scriptures!!!
Jesus was prepared before the foundation of the earth to lead God's children safely back to him. Those who fight against this will fall into their own traps. Those who humble themselves and submit to tribulation here on earth will receive blessings incomprehensible to the mind of man. God's love and mercy have no bounds and this life is but a moment and then we will know and praise his name throughout the eternities.
We each have a duty and responsibility in the household of faith. There is order here, not chaos and while many there be that try to disrupt that order in subtle ways and in not so subtle ways those who endure to the end, faithful will be blessed.
A keeper of sheep versus man of the soil. One listened to God's council, one only to his own. Do we face these issues as well? Do we know that we are only by his grace and what good comes of that is, again, by HIS grace?
