Pastor Stuart Welch serves as the Senior Pastor of Bread of Life Community Church – Elk Grove.  Pastor Welch served Bread of Life Community Church – American Canyon for nine years before transitioning the church to Elk Grove.  He also serves as Volunteer Chaplain for the CA Dept. of Corrections in prisons throughout the State of CA.  He has also served as Chaplain for The City of American Canyon as one of CA’s first P.O.S.T. certified Chaplains.  Pastor Welch is married to his wife Chrystal and together they have five children.
