Child safety and well being

Child safety is our top priority.  The safety and well being of our children is our number ONE focus here at Victory.  We must do a better job.  We must do better.  We can do better.  It is thru education, raising awareness and providing accurate information to the community; but most of all, working together.  Working together protects children. Awareness is our best defense.
