Child Safety in San Bernandino DCFS

When we think of Department of Children Family Services, we do not want to think of any harm, or any other dangerous acts being done to our children while they are in a state, county controlled agency.  These are the experts and child safety professionals that we depend on to operate at the highest standard of care when it comes to our children.  But it seems here lately, that there is a defect in some agencies that we need to "Spotlight."  This week it is San Bernandino CA
