As a childcare provider, am I away from the premise of childcare- 'to provide care', in trying to compete with other childcare businesses for the attention of parents?

Better {Best} practices of care- parent interaction: established language, welcoming, understanding of your information, conflict resolution. Are we clear in what is being conveyed?
