ACF certified chef George Norrell returns to join us this week to talk Soups. Soups are very popular in the food service industry. We talked about Soups on our Souper Sunday show which is listed below but we will be talking more seriously about soups on this show. I will be explaining the differences between chowder and soups and even more about the catergories of soups. Awesome show planned it is my pleasure to have Chef George on our show. I have my cheeseburg chowder and tortellini soup recipe in store for us and I'm quite sure Chef George has recipes for us.
