Chat Kafe w/KP - Get Fit

Chat Kafe is the place where you can come in, take your shoes off, pull up a chair and share your thoughts with Minister Kenny Pugh (aka KP), Comedian C Davis and the rest of the Chat Kafe team. They will share their perspectives on the contemporary issues facing men and women today, as well as provide insight on how to build healthy, long-lasting relationships. This week will feature 'Get Fit' for those trying to improve your physical health in 2010. We will have dietitian Arlene Murrell and fitness trainer Johnny Smith.
