Yep, it's Halloween and we aren't going to disappoint you. We have a scary story for you.  Tonight we're going to take a look at the disaster you never see coming...earthquakes. We're going to go back to 1811 and hear from a man who journaled his experiences, then we'll head to Japan 2011, then we'll visit with a very special guest who will take us into today's current earthquake threats here in the United States and we'll see just what we can be doing now to prepare for an attack from below...

Our special guest on the show will be Rick Tobin from TAO Emergency Management Consulting in Spring Branch, Texas!  TAO works with all levels of government and business for the purpose of protecting people, their property, animals and the environment during all natural and man-made disasters.  Rick has 34 years of emergency management experience.  We will be discussing the recent August 23rd East Coast earthquake, the New Madrid Zone, the San Andreas and just how little we know about our earthquake threats.
