On Yom Kippur, the Archangel of each planet meets with God (Job 1), and they decide your fate for the coming year. If they see you will still be of value to others in the coming year, they will continue to give you God’s Grace to stay in the Physical World. If not, they withdraw God’s Grace & allow you to fall on your own sword. They meet you upstairs as friends and help you learn from your mistakes so you can do better in your next life.
