Tonight we are talking about health in a variety of ways.

1. Are black women just too fat? It is said that some men, black men like a little junk in the trunk. Many black women think that their men want them thicker than thin. Is that just an excuse to eat? I hear it all too often, black women are not in the gym. You want to find a black woman go to the hair or nail salon, but she is to concerned about her hair than her weight. True or a big fat lie??

2. They called him sweetness! A new Book about Walter Payton talks about the pain of the great athlete Walter Payton and brings to light the injuries that athletes in football and boxing suffer. Does boxing cause brain damage? Do violent sports pose a danger to your child's brain?

Tonight we are talking with Devon Hill of Champion Breed Unlimited, a boxing trainer, martial artist, and physical fitness coach and trainer for women. Join me as he tells all about what he sees in his work with women and weight management, AND the truth about head injuries in sports.

Then stay on the line to join me as I answer questions I was asked throughout the week by people with all kinds of problems!
