Are you living in alignment with your deep-seeded wants and desires?  Are you personally self-aware of the quality of your life?  We live our lives on many levels and enter into a number of dimensions...DOING---HAVING---BEING.

We fluctuate from DOING, HAVING and BEING all day, everyday.  Our bodies are caught up with what we DO each day to survive, get along...dressing, working, eating, sleeping.  HAVING is bit more subtle, because when we "DO" we 'HAVE' the results of our DOING to handle manage, to manage relationships, to care for objects of desire or DOING to account for, but simply BEING is the simmplest.  Just BEING in the NOW, accepting what is, wanting nothing more.

Think of how much more empowered you would be after spending time is a 'BEING' place...opening up to what's in store for you.


Allow time...etc.

I am a joyous receiver of...etc.

Imagine being/living in...etc.

Imagine recognizing yourself...etc.

Know that you're not...etc.
