Our minds are filled with constant chatter. Our minds are cluttered with self-talk, inner speech.
Did you know that your constant chatter shapes nearly every conscious act we carry out. Some of these voices are useful, but others are filled with worries, conflict and self-doubt.
In order to hear this inner speech, we must first learn how to LISTEN with THE "INNER EAR," a process that uses a unique communication system of the brain.
Here's an exercise to show you how to use your 'inner ear.'
Find a quiet place...etc.
Get a pen and pad...etc.
You must be deeply...etc.
You'll notice fragmentary thoughts...etc.
