LET'S FACE IT...PART 2..You haven't lost the years you've lived, they're not gone, they're all over your face and body.  All you have to do is look in the mirror.  Do you sometimes feel your time is running out, that's what time does, keeps on ticking but you've resolved not to give in to Father Time and Mother Nature and don't forget not to give in to Gravity taking its toll day after day.  Raymond C. Barker said, "the danger of middle-age is the fact that most people accept where they are and stop visioning where they want to go."  Did I just describe YOU.  Come on  FACE IT, it's your choice.  Don't you want to exude femininity, can you be a visionary...ask yourself..where do you want to be in 5-10 years and how do you want to look?

ONWARD AND FORWARD...FROM AGE 40 TO AGE 50.  Isn't it great to look in the mirror and see a face that's fabulous.  Hey, you're a survivor, you're half-century old...SMILE!  But wait a minute, are you 50 and fabulous or 50 and feeble.  In your 50s, most women are in some stage of peri or plain old menopause.  What stage are you in.  If you're not using hormone replacement therapy the side effects can be pretty dramatic.  Two things may affect any make-up you're wearing.  Your skin tends to be chroniclly dry (DRINK MORE WATER.)  Your skin can heat up rapidly when you're having a hot flash.  Find make-up products that won't melt and smudge when flashes spike.

You're 60, sexy and sensational, remember LESS IS BETTER. Go easy on foundation, eye shadow, you'll look better.  At 60 the goal is to freshen up your face.  The prettiet palatte acording to experts at age 60 is to choose a foundation that brightens and adds dewiness.

STAY TUNED...

Less is better....find out why.
