"Seniors moving higher on the path of life which has no end, only new beginnings.

If you've made it to 40, you can expect to stick around for on average of an additional 41 years.  The Caveat: Living Longer is appealing only if you stay healthy-now researchers are discovering more ways you cando that until almost the very end.  All of us can take advantage of health behaviors that make a differnce in how our bodies age...

#1)...Tune-Up Your Ticker...Heart Disease is the TOP KILLER of WOMEN.  Preventing heart disease makes it easier to side-step problems like diabetes, obesity and some cancers.  Try this, it's a simple at-home  Hearth Health Test....sit on the floor, extend your legs straight out.  If you're limber enough to touch your toes, then your cardiac arteries are probably fexible too.  Remember to check with your doctor first.

#2) Lower your LDL

#3) Women with diabetes are at higher risk because of high blood pressure.

#4) Know your numbers...Waist circumference over 35 for women is a danger sign.
