Our culture and worldwide equates YOUTH WITH BEAUTY.

I've participated in Beauty Pageants, Ageless Beauty Pageants, Senior America Pageants and let me tell you, I've seen drop-dead gorgeous women in their 60s, 70s, and 80s.  Yes, we do have to let-go of the youthful image we associate with beauty.  Yes, we're living longer and yes I' convinced you can be absolutely gorgeous no matter your age.  It's all about your choices, but let's be realistic, at 60 + you're not going to look 20 and why would you.

  I do not agree that you have to go through a mourning process, eh-gads, I'm asking to clean out the clutter in your mind.  I'm asking you to slow down, the music won't last, time is short, enjoy the dance.  Experts say if you don't mourn the aspect of not being youthful you can't open up to possibilities of what you can become.  Is it me, I never mourned, I keep moving higher on the path of life which has no end, only new beginnings.
