CareGiverStory.com  is proud to have as today's guest Dr. Brenda White.
 
Dr. White will reveal how after suffering from 5 chronic diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, acid reflux and obesity) for 10 years, she began a 9 week journey which changed the trajectory of her health. This journey taught her how to eat, helped her release 17 pounds and reduced the number of prescription drugs she took daily from 8 to 2.  She also learned how important balanced pH levels are to our overall health.
 
During her journey she discovered how changes in food production have rendered most of our food unsafe to eat and believes these changes are the major cause of the epidemic increase in food related diseases in our country. 
 
Armed with knowledge and determination to be healthy Dr. White changed her lifestyle, began to eat organic grown foods, started to exercise regularly, and in 9 short weeks she reversed diabetes.
