 What is a support group? How does it work? Why do we need it? Who is involved in it? We will talk about the importance of forming community and having people in your life with whom you feel safe to unmask and connect on a real level.

Madu:  I think people are the most interesting thing on the planet.  I think mental health is more neglected than physical health but is of equal importance.  I like supporting positive endeavors and people.  I am not religious or spiritual.  I enjoy problem solving supported by own knowledge, skills and abilities for answers. I believe all people on the planet deserve respect and that no one should be mistreated.
